Este instrumento evalúa las percepciones de los ambientes alimentarios de los sujetos encuestados, siguiendo el modelo chileno de ambientes alimentarios . Los cuatro ambientes alimentarios que evalúa son: ambiente de abastecimiento, ambiente doméstico, ambiente de vía pública y ambiente de restauración. \nEste manual describe un conjunto de procesos, acciones, tareas y documentos necesarios para la recolección de datos durante el trabajo de campo, utilizando el cuestionario NEMS-P-Ch.
