Incluye datos experimentales que caracterizan la localización subcelular de MICA, su estado molecular y su interacción con calreticulina (CRT). El dataset incorpora datos derivados de inmunohistoquímica, microscopía de inmunofluorescencia y confocal, ensayos bioquímicos de inmunoprecipitación, estudios de interacción proteína–proteína mediante ELISA y resonancia plasmónica superficial (SPR), así como análisis computacionales de modelamiento estructural. Los datos corresponden a experimentos realizados en líneas celulares de melanoma, tejidos cutáneos humanos sanos y sistemas de expresión recombinante, e incluyen archivos de adquisición (cuando corresponde), tablas de resultados y datos procesados utilizados para generar las figuras y conclusiones del estudio.</abstract><sumDscr/><notes>El dataset incluye datos crudos y procesados.
