Este dataset contiene los datos crudos y procesados que respaldan el manuscrito “A fully human IgG1 antibody targeting MICA α1 domain inhibits interaction with NKG2D and activates immune effector functions against MICA-expressing cells”. Incluye datos experimentales de la caracterización de un anticuerpo IgG1 completamente humano dirigido al dominio α1 de MICA, su capacidad de inhibir la interacción MICA–NKG2D y la evaluación de funciones efectoras mediadas por Fc (p. ej., ADCC, ADCP y CDC) en modelos celulares que expresan MICA. El dataset incorpora archivos de adquisición (cuando corresponda), tablas de resultados, parámetros de análisis y salidas procesadas utilizadas para generar las figuras y conclusiones del estudio. |
