Abstract: |
El zapato calamorro fue utilizado principalmente por obreros en los yacimientos y plantas salitreras. Este calzado ofrecía una excelente protección a los pies de quienes lo usaban, algo esencial debido a las duras condiciones geográficas y climáticas del desierto. Estaba fabricado principalmente de cuero y caucho, con uniones reforzadas mediante clavos y costuras en todo su contorno. En su interior contaba con una capa de tafetán de algodón, la cual también se encontraba intercalada en la suela. (2025) |
